Equipment Description
Aimed at the characteristics of pigments including high moisture content, strong viscosity, wide moisture variation range, fine particle size and low specific gravity, this dedicated belt dryer meets the requirement of continuous operation for high-moisture pigments. It enables one-pass continuous drying of wet materials from feeding to discharging inside the belt dryer.
A forming extruder is adopted for granulation of filter cake wet materials. The filter cake is extruded into strips and evenly laid on the mesh belt to improve air permeability for pigment drying.
The secondary tail gas recirculation design solves fine powder dedusting in exhaust emission, effectively recycles energy and cuts energy consumption.
The primary tail gas washing setup reduces discharge points, lowers consumption and raises material yield. Tail gas moisture treatment ensures exhaust gas meets emission standards.
Different feeding, dedusting and air distribution duct designs are selected according to varying moisture contents to maximize efficiency and specialization.
